AxCrypt is looking for an ambitious Technical Product Manager who wants to work with our world class cyber security, file encryption software (SaaS).

You will be working with project management, digital marketing, recruitment and strategic (data driven) product development for our award winning file encryption software AxCrypt.

We work with C# on all major platforms including Windows desktop & server, macOS, iOS and Android using .NET and Xamarin.

Job Description

• Responsible for full project delivery life cycle for both marketing & technical projects
  
• Break down project requirements into deliverable tasks in Jira and collect all relevant & necessary information for the ongoing project plan
  
• Facilitate daily status meetings to ensure projects are progressing timely and record required action items
  
• Work closely with project stakeholders as head of development and business manager to resolve issues and/or unclarities encountered during a project
  
• Identify task dependencies and project risks to schedule the project plan accordingly to ensure the project can be completed on time
  
• Collaborate with Business Management & Head of development to confirm the project plan for the upcoming period and provide feedback on the plan
  
• Maintain & update the project plan regularly to provide an accurate project progress to stakeholders
  
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the capabilities of developers and quality assurance engineers to support Head of development in the allocation of resources.
  
  
• Facilitate bug fixes raised by the support team
  
• Manage & configure Jira board & filters for others to easily locate their tasks and/or bugs
  
• Actively working with the recruitment team to find, interviewing and recruiting resources to the team.
  
• Onboarding, training & mentorship of new employees or interns
  
• Identify the most appropriate approach to deliver a project
  
• Assess the impact on the plan and delay on project timelines when unexpected situation or bug occurs
  
• Negotiate with Business Manager and/or Head of Development on the delivery timeline based on development & testing resources to align project expectations
  
• Identify inefficiencies in the project delivery process and take corrective actions
  
• Generate weekly and monthly project delivery report
  
  Requirements
  
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
    
  • Resourceful problem solver with a strong sense of ownership
    
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
    
  • Strong interpersonal english communication skills and are able to build relationships with stakeholders
    
  • Driven and takes initiative at work
    
  • Have good listening skills and the ability to convert feedback into actions/tasks
